Payment terms:
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Prices shown do not include delivery charges or GST / QST taxes. These amounts will be added during your purchases.
Payment methods accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Amex and via PayPal. No net 30 days.
For all multiple orders , a 50% deposit is required and final payment requested before delivery. No delivery will be made until the order is paid in full.
All pictures on our website are the property of Dolce Paniers Cadeaux and are protected. Any copy or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Instagram photos are in the public domain these are allowed to be shared.
Selling our gift baskets to third parties without our consent is also prohibited. All our sales are made through our web store or by phone. All our products are protected and stocked in a clean and appropriate space and our workshop is not opened for walk-ins – there is no unnecessary handling.
We reserve the right to substitute a product that is not available with a product of equal or greater value. You may be notified if a featured product is not available in order to validate the new choice.
Dolce Paniers-Cadeaux reserves the right to modify the prices at any time.
Delivery services available across Canada only, International orders are accepted if delivery is done within canadian soil.
Shipping costs vary and are charged by postal code. We use a local company for all deliveries on the island of Montreal and the Montreal region and FEDEX courier service for the rest of the territory.
Delivery charges will be confirmed when ordering, but in certain areas, the charges are sometimes higher, we may have to contact you to advise of additional fees to finalize your order. If you would like to have a price for delivery in real-time, we will be happy to communicate the information to you by phone or email, do not hesitate to ask.
Please note that we do not accept deliveries to made to a PO Box.
Please be sure to specify the postal code and telephone number. This information is mandatory for the courier services and any error may cause delays in delivery as well as additional costs that we will have to charge you.
An order cannot be canceled once payment is accepted. The reason is simple, as soon as we receive an order, it is prepared just for you with the selected products, presented in an elegant gift box, a beautiful ribbon and your personal greetings written in the card that will be added to the gift.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you by email and you will receive your paid invoice for your reference.

Return policy
We take all possible precautions to ensure the quality and optimum condition of the products we offer, but it is possible that during deliveries an item may arrive damaged.
Please notify us within 48 hours so that it can be replaced. We say ” a picture is worth a thousand words”, it will be required in order to finalize the request.
